Disclosed in KB article DL1687 on Apple Support, iCloud Control Panel 2.1.3 for Windows Vista bears a formal set of release notes (which basically include the program's description) but no changelog.
'The iCloud Control Panel makes it easy to keep your contacts, calendars, and bookmarks up to date automatically between your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, and Windows Vista PC,' Apple says.
'It also includes Photo Stream, which wirelessly pushes photos you take with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to the Pictures library on your PC — no cable syncing required,' the company adds.
The documentation continues with the various uses of iCloud and iCloud Control Panel on Windows PCs, but not a single word is said about the actual purpose of this update.
